Privacy Policy

Summary

Pure Light does not collect, sell, or share personal data for analytics or advertising. The core lamp feature works offline and does not require permissions. Optional tips use Apple App Store or Google Play billing; payment is handled entirely by Apple or Google.

Information stored on your device

The app saves your last brightness and extra-dim settings locally so they are restored the next time you open it. This data:

• Stays on your device only
• Is not transmitted to us or third parties
• Can be removed by clearing the app’s storage or uninstalling the app

If you use your device’s backup feature, your system backup settings may include this app data in a device backup, according to your system settings. We do not receive that backup.

What we do not collect

• Name, email, or account information
• Location
• Analytics or usage tracking
• Advertising identifiers
• Contacts, photos, or other personal files

Third parties

The app contains no analytics, advertising, or crash reporting SDKs. Optional tips use Apple App Store or Google Play Billing only when you choose to tip (via the Tip button in the action bar). Apple or Google processes the payment; we do not receive or store card numbers, billing addresses, or purchase history on our servers.

Optional tips

Tips are voluntary consumable in-app purchases. The store handles checkout and receipts. Pure Light consumes each tip after purchase so you can tip again later if you wish. We do not use tip data for profiling or marketing.

Children

The app is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will be revised when changes are made.
